  • Can I place a telephone order?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept telephone orders. All orders need to place online. Alternatively, you can email us your order and we can send you an invoice via Paypal for you to pay via debit or credit cards.
  • Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
    Yes, if you check out using the express delivery which is subject to additional charges. Unfortunately, this service is only for UK mainland delivery and is not available for the standard delivery and for all international delivery.
  • What are your delivery costs within the UK?

  • What are your delivery costs outside of the UK?
    We ship to worldwide. The postage is varies depending on the size and weight of the products. Please find out more information on our delivery information.
  • How to I return Unwanted or Unused or Damaged products?
    We offer 28 days return policy, please find out more information on our refund & exchange policy.
  • Do I have to pay for the return of the products?
    You are not liable to pay for the return postage if the return is due to manufacture faulty or wrong products being sent. We can assure you we sell high quality products and we take all matters of the quality issue seriously. Please always attach a picture to highlight the faulty/damaged area. You are liable to pay for the return postage if the return is for exchanging products, return unwanted or unused products.
  • I haven't received my order, where is it?"
    We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. It takes around 3 working days to delivery within the UK and up to 21 days to Europe or the rest of world. Occasionally, there is delay or loss during transit. For UK customers: we appreciate your patient, if your order hasn't been delivered 14 days after the order date, please contact us. For International customers: we appreciate your patient, if your order hasn't been delivered 25 days after the order date, please contact us.
  • Why has my order been cancelled?
    There are few reasons why an order may be cancelled. 1. Your bank and Paypal can also cancel payments being made to us if there is discrepancy in the data. 2. Your shipping and billing information doesn't match the information the card you use. 3. We are unable to fulfill your order due to out of stock or unable to guarantee a delivery upon your requested delivery date. 4. The shipping address is not a recognized or a valid address.
